Where Christmas charm meets the wonderfully unexpected.

A miniature Christmas village, crystal for the holiday table, a collectible watch—and a few discoveries you certainly weren’t expecting. Silver Bells & Strange Things brings together festive favourites, elegant tableware and curious finds in an inviting in-house auction from Beck Auctions.

Start with a little Christmas magic. Explore Thomas Kinkade Winter Memories illuminated ornaments, Hawthorne Village Christmas houses and Department 56 Dickens Village buildings, figures and accessories. Santa, carollers, decorative deer and a holiday-themed car music box offer plenty of inspiration for creating a display filled with nostalgic charm.

For the table and china cabinet, discover a 69-piece Royal Doulton Lambeth Forest Glen stoneware set, Rosenthal Classic Rose tea pieces and crystal stemware, Roslyn Wild Rose bone china and Royal Albert tableware. A blue-and-gold decanter set, assorted glassware and Norman Rockwell collector plates add even more variety for those who love to collect, entertain or set a beautiful table.

Collectors will also want to explore a TAG Heuer Carrera automatic chronograph, a Seiko moonphase watch and a cased assortment of men’s watches. A 1983 Disneyland gold-plated replica E-ticket and ticket book, historical silver coin lot and selection of 78 RPM records bring their own distinctive appeal.

Then come the wonderfully unusual finds: a bronze dragon sculpture, Chinese paper parasol, brass mask, ornately framed portraits and a wicker baby pram. A glass washboard, wooden butter mould and wool carders recall the tools of everyday life in earlier generations, while fur and leather coats, a Lampe Berger fragrance set and decorative lighting round out the selection.

Whether you are expanding a Christmas village, finding a gift for a collector or following your curiosity from lot to lot, this auction rewards a good browse.

Find your festive favourite—or the strange little treasure you never knew you wanted.
